Welcome to the Auto-Renewal Subscription Service of Comic Reader (Comicly)!
Before purchasing the subscription service, please read all the contents of this agreement carefully. By clicking "Subscribe" or "Confirm Purchase", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
Subscribers can enjoy the following benefits:
Unlimited access to all comic content
Priority access to new features
High-definition image quality
This application offers the following subscription plans:
-Monthly, Subscription period: 1 month, Price: As displayed in the app
-Every Quarter, Subscription period: 3 months, Price: As displayed in the app
-Semi-Annual, Subscription period: 6 months, Price: As displayed in the app
-Annual, Subscription period: 12 months, Price: As displayed in the app
Subscription Activation
Subscription becomes effective immediately after successful payment
Member benefits remain valid throughout the subscription period
Auto-Renewal Description
The subscription service you purchase is an auto-renewal service
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew
The renewal period is the same as the original subscription period
The renewal price is based on the price displayed in the app at the time of renewal
Renewal Timing
The system will automatically charge within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires
After successful renewal, the new subscription period will start from the end of the original subscription period
Handling of Failed Renewals
If renewal fails due to the following reasons:
Insufficient Apple ID account balance
Invalid payment method
Other payment issues
The subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the current period, and member benefits will expire simultaneously.
Payment Method
All subscription purchases are made through the Apple App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
The specific payment method is based on the payment method linked to your Apple ID
Billing Time
First subscription: Charged immediately upon purchase confirmation
Auto-renewal: Charged within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices
Users will be notified in advance of price changes
Price changes do not affect the current subscription period
New prices will take effect in the next renewal period
Currency and Taxes
Subscription prices are displayed in local currency
Prices may include applicable taxes
The actual amount charged is based on the Apple receipt
How to Cancel
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through the following methods:
Method 1
Open "Settings" on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select "Comic Reader/Comicly"
Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Method 2
Open the App Store app
Tap the account icon in the upper right corner
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select "Comic Reader/Comicly"
Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation Timing Requirements
Please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
Cancelling within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period may still result in being charged for the next period
Benefits After Cancellation
After cancellation, you can continue to enjoy member benefits until the end of the current subscription period
Member benefits will automatically expire at the end of the current subscription period
Cancelling does not refund the subscription fee already paid
Re-subscribing
You can re-subscribe at any time
After re-subscribing, a new subscription period will begin
Refund Rules
Once the subscription service is purchased, refunds are generally not provided
All refund requests must be processed through Apple
Whether a refund is successful is determined by Apple
Special Circumstances
In the following cases, we will cooperate with Apple to process refunds:
Duplicate charges
Unauthorized purchases
Incorrect charges due to technical failures
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify the subscription service content
Subscribers will be notified in advance of significant changes
If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect
Service Termination
We have the right to terminate your subscription service in the following cases:
Violation of the User Agreement
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Legal and regulatory requirements
Timely Cancellation
If you do not want to renew, please cancel auto-renewal in time
We are not responsible for refunds due to failure to cancel in time
Information Accuracy
Please ensure Apple ID payment information is accurate and valid
For issues caused by incorrect payment information, please contact Apple customer service
Subscription Information
We will record your subscription status and validity period
This information is only used to provide subscription services
Payment Information
We do not store your payment card information
All payments are processed by Apple
Service Interruption
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to network, server, force majeure, etc.
Service interruptions do not extend the subscription period
Please Confirm Before Subscribing
You are at least 18 years old or have obtained guardian consent
You have read and understood all contents of this agreement
You understand auto-renewal rules and cancellation methods
Your Apple ID payment method is valid
Auto-Renewal Reminder
Purchasing a subscription enables auto-renewal service
If you do not need renewal, please cancel 24 hours before expiration
Cancel subscription path: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Apple-Related Information
Payment: Will be charged to your iTunes account
Renewal: Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
Management: After purchase, you can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in account settings
